At least with PPC or FBads, although paid traffic they take some sort of initiative to click on your ad.. and that is at least SOME measure of motivation.But I HATE to convince you to go with PPC and you get no results.. so by all means.. don't blindly listen to me either....

You will find that the engineered wood, particularly staple or nail down, will allow for a out-of-level sub-floor much better than vinyl.I would recommend getting a nailgun made for this and blind-nail the floor....looks better and stronger too.....

Sorry to say but a landlord that turns a blind eye to this behaviour is a bad business owner.I am not most landlords but you are right I say kick their thieving asses to the curb.You might think about firing your PM while you are at it too.Your tenants are steeling $300 every month from you and you believe it is OK because they give it back to you after 20 days without paying a cent in interest.

New tenants appreciate a new toilet seat more than you'd imagine.I usually replace mini blinds on every window between tenants unless it is in really good shape.
