Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Gary (IN), St Louis, Huntsville, Phoenix/Tempe/Mesa, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, Indianapolis, Harrisburg (PA), Greenville, Jacksonville, Tampa, Houston, San Antonio, Little Rock, Milwaukee, Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, Ohio, or other secondary or tertiary markets.

New Bern and Jacksonville are close to the coast, but you can find affordable properties with good demand that make sense.

I've been hanging around BiggerPockets for a few months now and have been trying to familiarize myself with both my local market and Jacksonville, FL (where we used to live).

We were comfortable with that decision based on relationships we have with other RPM franchisees in Houston, Huntsville, and Jacksonville/Ocala.
