How close is the nearest Hilton Garden Inn or Marriott Fairfield Inn?

Buyers and sellers will both feel like they are getting a deal/what they want, flowers will bloom, puppies will nuzzle your cheeks, and my garden will finally grow something other than weeds.

I am also interested in purchasing a large industrial building to rent out indoor RV and Boat parking.

In Cosby properties on Cosby Creek and in Maranatha Resort (where all the existing cabins have indoor pools) tend to be the highest producing rentals. 

Miami Gardens can be a rough area.

The place is in Garden Grove.The BPO came in today at 345,000 and it comps out at about 360,000 so I didn't bother looking into it any further as it is not going to yield and rehabbing profits.I didn't have my camera on me because it was a last minute decision to go see it so I don't have pictures.Might be a good rental if you are looking for that.
