Sorry Leonard I teach people to fish instead of delivering it to their door.You'll be a much stronger investor if you take the time to seek out and nurture these relationships yourself.

'Hey, the weather is so awesome - I'm going to go fishing today." or "I had a big party last night and can't come in until noon" etc. 

I've seen other advertisements fishing for "Premises Liability" suits - after violations are issued to a property they reach out to the tenants to see if they have been harmed by the supposedly "dangerous" living conditions.BUT - that's no reason to spend thousands "protecting" yourself in my opinion.

Remember to fish when fish are biting and keep the faith!

Old money that felt entitled and just wanted to maintain the status quo, and those i would willingly assist in throwing off the Golden Gate Bridge but that would likely lead to water pollution and sick fish. 

Add in the emotional triggers that you are fishing for as the "attractant".

Account Closed , I see this too with old lady real estate agents...still having to work long hours chasing a 1-time sell...that will not happen to me...by the time I'm that age, I don't want to have to be hustling...would rather be fishing :-)

I do fish in murky waters.I've heard from not one but three (3) different people who were successfully prosecuted for their mis-directed threats and served time. 

And a seller who will not tell you their number is either 1- not motivated or 2- afraid of saying something silly or 3- fishing...
