then he quoted us for a sewer pipe swap (iron to ABS) and jetting the iron sewer not swapped out that was in foundation a price that seemed ok ($1k for ~20’ already exposed Cast iron to ABS with 2 clean outs and jetting, his estimate was 4.5 hours (minimum) if things went well.

Ironic that right as requests to define overleveraged popped up, here came a sentence about refinancing flips to pay off hard money.

In recent years we have painted, replaced flooring, remodeled bathrooms (tile, granite, cast-iron tubs) , new appliances, new granite in kitchen. 

I will use an iron and brown bags to melt and soak it it up  (fingers crossed).  

Kind of ironic that you are posting news articles but not respecting what our “doctors” are recommending.

If you start seeing people feed themselves while you are only left with some scraps, it's easy to start developing an iron-clad way of doing things. 

Also make sure you have your own plan ironed out so you can help explain to everyone what exactly you're looking for.
