It is zoned as a duplex with (2) 2 bdrm 1 bath units, along with a 1500 sq ft workshop attached that is currently rented by the previous owners.

They also have free plumbing and electrical workshops which I want to go to. 

I am curious as to whether yourself or your company has any plans to hold any workshops/ info sessions in either Toronto or Ottawa?

We have actually helped a number of Lonnie Dealers set up legal programs and Lonnie's daughter attended the very first in person workshop we held to teach people how to use the system.

They suck you into this little vortex where they want you to host/promote their workshops and the like.

I attended a 3day seminar/workshop with Real Estate intensive and all I can say is that I paid $2000 for a very special seed and taste for REI that was planted inside of me.
