Did not get to see the inside, but outside was grass overgrown, there was a wooden construction as part of the backyard fence (can be seen since it is an end of the street home), and looking inside the window looked empty inside.

Turns out the structure is a 60 X 40 building. ½ of the building has 2 huge garage doors and this is where he parked his RV’s and had a workshop. the other side of the structure has (according to him 2 bedrooms and a wooden deck on the side (so you can come outside on the deck and enjoy the view I guess) He says he rented out one of the rooms back in the days and a water heated broke and messed up the downstairs bedroom and he never fixed it up.
