@Bryan Brooks Many investors would welcome a cash flowing rental with tenants.Just be honest with the tenants prequalify prospects ,your tenants should only be bothered once or twice for a visual inspection and possibly a loan appraisal.Plenty if investors are looking for exactly what you have.Best of Luck!

Hello,I'm trying to wrap my head around the "refinance" part of the BRRRR strategy.It's hard for me to imagine how the refinancing part works without seeing visuals.
