They don’t charge anything for these extra accounts, my tenants pay directly into those accounts.

Thanks Hi Spencer, I have a seven-figure portfolio that is a combination of both hands-on (direct real estate) and hands-off (syndication and crowdfunding)In my opinion, both have their pros and cons and neither is 100% superior to the other.

The first time they break rules (unless it is a direct danger to people/property) I have a kind chat with them and make sure they understand what they did was against the rules.

Apparently, our property management company agreed to that without communicating with me.I contacted the plumber directly on Monday and they said they could get to the house on Tuesday.

But I'm not an attorney, so maybe I'm totally wrong on this hunch.My 2nd comment is directly within my practice area though.

Due to the confusion on their end and their slow response, it's costing me more money than if I just went directly with the vendor from the start.

Instead, he insulted my profession as an ortho surgeon which indicates to me I was right about his videos. 

For example, in Dec I had one property 100% direct/VRBO which historically 40% Airbnb.

We just liked how Rentec Direct was setup for us - it has a really simple interface, but did a lot of what we wanted.
