That experience taught me to always overestimate CapEx and vacancy buffers... it’s much easier to sleep at night when you’ve got those cushions in place.From what I’ve read in Bloomberg, these challenges aren’t unique, especially with rising rates.

I actually prefer some of these search and map features over the MLS.And those that think they can save $$ on commissions will be disappointed.

Overbuilding certain features can lead to diminishing returns, especially if they don’t resonate with local buyers.
