This should uncover any issues re: lead paint, asbestos. 

It's thinner than the Allure, but it's just as durable and the floor blends into itself almost seamlessly. 

It is a good blend of new and veteran investors, real estate agents, hard money lenders, wholesalers, first timers, etc.

Sometimes it can blend higher over time with rental increases or buying bigger type properties where the cap rate purchase is higher.  

Blending in to the area. 

All should be taken into account when investing, but it is risky to be dependent on appreciation alone for an investment.Given what you've said, it sounds like the value of the property should be going up so I would definitely hold onto the place unless you can uncover other opportunities where you strongly believe you'll be able to generate a higher ROI by selling. 

Say the Park is worth 100k based on lot rent capped, and each of the 28 homes are worth 5k blended average (e.g. what you can reasonably sell them for in your market).  

We have seen uncovered storage do very well. 

I agree its a bit risky, but as we uncovered..there were old tax liens on it which made it not workable.
