I am a practicing attorney (that also invests in real estate) and have litigated dozens of trials in the courtroom over the years. 

I can’t think everyone is self-taught and learned by trial and error.

Hi @JR Lizarraga, I'd recommend doing a free trial of each solution, and creating a list with each, and then comparing the results.

I know it'll be a game of trial and error in the beginning but I'm just looking for some tips from others that have gone through it to lessen the learning curve.
