That’s great advice Taz, I’m currently working on saving enough money to get started, house hacking is hard for me at the moment because I just bought a house 2 years ago, I would have to sell my house(which is in a great neighborhood great location) and use that money to fund the duplex which isn’t totally out of the question, I would like to keep the house if possible but also would like to get real estate investing more.

Recently a duplex came on the market that I am really interested in, it is located in an A neighborhood.

The home is in a great location in Big Bear Lake, CA close to the Village and Ski Slopes.I have an array of emotions being scared of failung and excited all at the same time.

Hey Matt, I actually don't invest in Milwaukee but it's the closest big market to my location. 

Actually we have divested 4 of our 8 Self storage locations to get into a better LTV position versus my view of the economic world.  

Unfortunately, every state and every locality has different laws and what works in one location doesn't always work in others, so you have to be very careful about the 'free' advice that is given in online forums.
