What do you think of the Fountain Square area in Indianapolis?

I am working on my first deal, a triplex in Grandview with Fountain Mortgage and they have been great! 

Clair, Fountain Sq and Bates Hendricks are full of the "hipster" community!  

I don't care for Fountain Square in Indianapolis as it is becoming hard to purchase at the appropriate price any more, but there are still tons of other areas that are developing in similar ways.
