But if you don’t have anything and aren’t planning on shooting in general, a single point and shoot might be better for someone that only wants a cam for real estate rather than a bulky cam and swapping lens for a minimal difference in price. 

Now for sure in low value asset land wholesaling or swapping contracts is a huge part of the business very often this is done in areas of low income IE the price points. 

Any handyman can swap it out if you are not local, if you are local it is probably something you can handle.  

I love just meeting other investors/swapping strategies/or being able to provide value in one way or another.

It is so hard for me to hold back on not replacing something, just so it looks newer or more trendy (for example, swapping light fixtures and door knobs when the ones there might be okay .... or wanting to swap all switches and outlets to Decora when the standard ones already there just need to be cleaned real good). 

We have had a case where two numbers got transposed (a “1” and a “5” were swapped) which made a 40+ acre swing!!

Reminds me of the game "Pit" or Spoons where you yell "TWO TWO TWO" and someone grabs your cards and you swap them out again.

In fact, some people report that the $150/mo net positive door tends to have MORE flat overhead BS/time-sucking than the $1000/mo door just b/c of the folks attracted to the respective types of rentals in the respective types of neighborhoods/cities/etc, but not everyone agrees with that.Time to start swapping them out (1031) for higher per-unit cashflow properties.
