I recommend asking the broker something along the lines of "If I am not satisfied with the training and support I am receiving from your brokerage, am I free to leave at any time?"

Broker support is arguably the most important tool a new agent could have. 

The correct my droopy floors, a steel support is now in place, which cost us thousands. 

IMHO, you a park like this one should have an experienced onsite team that is capable of running the park, and you should be engaged with them on a weekly basis to discuss issues, and provide support. I
