There are some who offer a subscription (i.e. $350 for the season), but snow fall in recent years has been below average, so no one wants a subscription.

Sites like Accredify offer to screen people for you using their own algorithms, but it remains to be seen if people will actually use this service because of security concerns, etc.If one were to use this Accredify or some other site-based screening process AND have the potential investor sign a subscription agreement where they certify they're accredited like a standard Regulation D has do you think that would pass the reasonableness test?

Everything I see checks out okay except for their willingness to put their operating agreement and subscription agree on their website.

This means you have to produce a prospectus and subscription documents with all the terms and conditions spelled out.

Tyson,From what I understand, you have to work for a realtor or BE a realtor and pay for a subscription to the MLS in your area.
