If you don't mind me asking what was the offer you put in.Well I would rather wait till I get a reply on it.But it was cheaper than asking price.I figure rip up all the carpet and really hope the hardwoods are good underneath.

@Duncan Taylor Yes, the house needs insulation underneath and it needs energy efficient windows put in because the house is very old.

I think I have to get in there and remove and replace the stinkiest top layer of soil, to start, before trying to neutralize the rest of it.

If you wanted to have multiple VAs able to call in and out underneath the call in number then you would set up a ringdown with multiple phone lines underneath the call in number.Ultimately I think you will spend a lot more money and have more difficulty finding a VA with a cell phone plan that is willing to let you forward an unknown amount of calls to them.
