I suspect a decent VA could access public records and build a mainling list for you  or check Property Radar and see if there software will do that for you..

What I understand, (and please everyone jump in to agree or provide constructive feedback), the multiple ways to make money and lower the cost of investments in real estate can be found in different parts of each process. 

For a BRRRR if you are using debt most people will use some sort of hard money to purchase and a construction loan to fund rehab (unless you use cash).

This is after all construction in Los Angeles, if you've never done it before add 50k.If you have $500,000 in cash I suggest you use it elsewhere, this years long headache is likely not worth the 1000's of man hours you will also have to put into it running your very own team of scientists.

Hello All,What app/Managment software have you found success with for taking applications and managing tenants?

There are lenders out there that will allow you to do a loan on something bought mid construction and is uninhabitable. 

You do not need equity to conduct a value add or get construction financing.

A spokesperson argued their software only affects a small slice of the market and isn’t solely to blame for high rents.
