The plaintiff's and insurance company's attorneys seem to know the drill - which is that the case will be settled for under $20k.Have been told this amount is cheaper for the insurance companies than challenging the plaintiff's claim and going to a jury trial.In our opinion, this just encourages desperate tenants AND personal injury attorneys to file frivolous claims!

Before taking this on I’d verify with the historical society and building department what process you need to go through to renovate and if there are any requirements on what you’re allowed to do or not do.

I would love any encouragement or advice for newbies who don't have much money to work with up front.

Everyone just sees this as a way to wealth, when it was never intended for that.Its dangerous to encourage people to "move their investments" into bitcoin as the title says. 

An agent cant do analysis for you, and I never encourage you use someone elses #'s, but you can at least get info from every source possible.

In the end the questions were geared towards encouraging me to:  1. eliminate my separate cleaning fee and include it in the nightly price, or 2. lower my cleaning fee to get more bookings. 

I would strongly encourage getting one with good internet, as a bunch of the tech crowd from Atlanta will rent it out in order to work remote.
