Is there anyone they partner with here to put on US MLS, eBay, FB, all the social media sites, craigslist, land watch, land.com, etc.Who is your target buyer?

But he had security on site during rehab taking ID's etc.. he determined a lot of the theft was from the workers who knew exactly what was installed during the day and stolen at night.. 

Since you mentioned a construction site injury in your initial post, the best way to proactively avoid premises liability claims is by keeping a clean worksite.
