Absent an active trade or business, you might be shoveling costs into 15yr amortizable assets by expensing and bonusing everything before a trade or business commences.That might be a good trade off if we’re moving 27.5yr or 39yr assets into 15yr straight-line, as long as UBIA isn’t projected to be an issue for QBID.
