This is also why they are going to be hyper sensitive to housing deficiency or even items nearing the end of their useful life on an inspection report.

I have another call tonight and will be very interested to hear what actionable steps will be taken to ensure better booking rate and higher ADR.If someone has another coach with a more reasonable rate structure with good curated learning materials, I would be very interested to hear.

Like Tarik and Christine.. or than merril or any of the others. its a natural progression and the HUGE money is made selling the information. to be fair and balanced like Fox news.. there are always a % of folks that come through these trainings that do quite well and the money they spent forced them to take action.. its just the other 90% who spend the money and well never really do anything..

I'm not saying you shouldn't have one, but it shouldn't stop you from taking action either.

I only figured out after Baselane sent me a stern email demanding the refunded money from me, else they will pursue legal actions such as collections and even putting a lien on the property.

Take action - If you can take it when you are 80% that is what worked best for me!

Right now this sounds like most of the HOA's that we all hate that issue random fines for no real reason, and then attempt to justify it with their bass ackwards logic that they are actually somehow doing us all a favor.I'm not a lawyer, but I would imagine you could also open yourself up to legal action.
