I did not do that so I cannot tell you all that is involved there.To setup a Nevada LLC to do business in Nevada, there are some fixed and variable costs.Fixed costs (as stated by the Nevada Secretary of State):1)  $75 filing fee2)  $200 state business license (which you will need, even if you are only 1 person)3)  $150 filing fee for List of Managers4)  I believe you also have to pay for a registered agent, but my lawyer handled thisVariable costs:The preparation of the following documents, which you could do yourself for free, or cross your fingers and use a template from the internet.

Maybe Scott can weigh in here.Also most secretary of state's as I understand it enable folks to do a simple business owner search and figure out who the principal owner is of an LLC, so just because it says LLC on the Assessor Page for owner does not make it such that someone with a little where-with-all cannot figure out you are the owner.

In any event, it's just a residential home:According to the Bexar County (Texas) property tax records, it's owned by Lazaro & Sara Kisel:Lazaro & Sara Kisel are also both listed on the registered company information as the Director and Secretary of the company:http://www.bizapedia.com/tx/JOINVILLE-FINANCE-INC.htmlNo mention of Raphael Kisel, but their registered agent is Paola Kisel who is licensed in Texas.....in Cosmetology.
