Do I schedule time with the tenants for me to drop-in and re-fill the salt?

I have applied, scheduled to have the lead investigation for hazards soon. 

They mark up items significantly, they are not on schedule, and they are not easy to work with. 

At this time, given the property is being remodeled and readied, I aligned on a payment schedule in multiple investments.

But with the midterm I did not have to worry about turnovers, scheduling the cleans, and stocking the home.
