According to those sources, it is not a southern CA specific issue.  

However, JC as you know is overrun with new build multifamily options so there is a lot of competition in Hudson Co whereas the suburbs there is none.It really depends if you need the money to buy a house out there and want to plant roots.

Why would you leave an income source that can further investments, fun, etc.

Have a clear concise vision of what you plan to do (rehab, renting, etc) repayment, (personal/business) sources of income, etc.

You need options coming into the net from a few different sources.2) You need a panel of analysts. 

I’ve sourced a few off market properties that are closer to $400-$500.

Can someone recommend any advice on anything (setting up partnership structure, accounting/ setting up a bank account , lending with foreign investors, sourcing deals etc…).
