In order to be resilient and overcome all these obstacles you have to personally believe in what you're doing and be fully dedicated to your business.

Bottom line is you might need to talk to a lot of people but stay resilient and someone will have what you need. 

I feel like:1) Working only with investors would produce a consistent amount of business, as many investors buy and sell multiple times in a 1 year time-frame. 2) Investors are always buying, especially when the market turns, therefore helping me stay resilient through tough economic times. 3) Incredible connections when the time comes for me to start investing.

However, because pretty much every other real estate asset class fell more, it was commonly and correctly stated that MFRE is more resilient during recessions than other real estate asset classes.

There is the North Arabi Resilience area and Old Arabi which needs a COA.

Puerto Rico is resilient and strong however there are still major infrastructure issues in some areas.
