Do I return the call and call a repairman immediately or do I wait until the next morning to handle everything or do I simply text the tenant and tell them I'll contact them in the morning?

The fridge wasn't that old and the insurance company wanted the icemaker to see if they could go after the manufacturer as well as a statement from the repairman so we had it replaced.
