For those of you who have received a BLOC, does your bank report to Dun & Bradstreet?

I'm fine with doing some minor fixes and improvements to a property: Adding overhead lighting/fans, better flooring, maybe redoing a main bathroom.

Policy is fine.

I received 2 months after re-inspect with the same excuse. 

I read the fine print and found that the 90 day guarantee and how to get the $1,000 invested back involves actually sending him 2 qualifying deals.

Lots of interesting feedback - but even if I didn’t feel the OPs offer to passive investors was great - I wouldn’t think it EVIL - which seems to be the opinion of some responders……Key point for people evaluating the “fairness” and “competitiveness’ of the offering is that the sponsor is receiving too much benefit for too little contribution.  

These accountants believe that purchasing from a related party is fine as long as it is an arms- length documented market-consistent transaction.   

When I receive inbox messages and the sender can't even keep their name consistent between signature and account name, you know its getting out of hand.
