Has anyone here had experience with this type of project?

These two demographics are projected to be long term renters which will help keep vacancy rates low for years to come.In recent years, Pittsburgh has become a tech hub in its own right, attempting to create a dynamic job market similar to Silicon Valley.

I tell people the harder it is to zone your project, the less chance a competitor will come nearby.

Knowledgeable of the Capital Region and seems to be working on awesome projects.

Draws are almost always held back until you reach certain points in the project or that work is completed.

Do you have any projections for what will happen with the insurance market for this year, or is it even possible to project? 

Ironically people that tend to be good with reno projects don't tend to be so great with money. 

@Thomas Farrell if you have any experience managing property/construction projects, I would look in to flipping properties and keeping the once that you see an acceptable cashflow on when finished.

My wife and I have designed over 100 projects in 11 states, so her design knowledge has also rubbed off on me a bit!
