Turns out that she hadn't paid rent in 4 months and they still couldn't get her out for a couple more months after the finally started the eviction process and it didn't help the eviction matters that she was pregnant and had a kid.

She has a dirt bag ex husband that left her when she was 8 months pregnant with their second child and he "fell in love" while deployed overseas.

Even here in Ohio, you could evict a pregnant lady who is in labor while she is carrying her 6 year old to the first day of school!

The daughter says " Hey mom I am pregnant ".

It reminds of the case where Target knew someone was pregnant based on seemingly unrelated purchases...
