A Special Warranty deed only means the seller (bank) is promising no new liens "during the time They owned it", and no guarantee about pre existing liens.

I've been going on realtor.com, CL, and looking at prices and rents for comparable props but there has to be a more efficient way or a pre-existing resource that has this data combined, preferably on a map.
