Hey @Andrew Self Are you going to buy a property through an LLC or your personal name?

IN my personal LO there was an agent in each one of the transactions .. the two I sold the contracts came through a broker and the one I bought had a listing agent and I represented myself as a CA Broker but of course did not take a fee.. the Napa one was really cool for us not so much for the seller..

I have personally house hacked for over 10 years and continue to do it to this day, right here is St.

Could it be considered piercing the corporate veil if the mortgage for the property is in your personal name but the deed is in the name of the LLC? 

Real Estate Agent uses commission earned on the subject property toward their own down payment when they are also the buyer of that same property (personal residence).

Add calendars so my investments are separate from personal but make it better.

Approval is based on rental income, not personal income.
