You're essentially partnering with the seller/owner in this scenario.

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

There can be specific issues that can cause the distribution to be taxable related to partners having enough basis / debt basis to distribute the proceeds. 

If there's a wholesaler that wants to JV/partner on a deal then sure but having a daisy chain is a train wreck waiting to happen.

At that point my project manager (and partner) started pushing him.
