Solar will be a massive pain in the *** if you are doing this in the SE belt.

In our area there are business administrator (assistants to the mayor) who have more decision making power than others, but the head of the water/sewer or public works department may be able to help you too.

Those are two major pain points for LBP hazards.

The only alternative to this, would arguably end up costing a lot more because it would mean breaking down every function into a billable and than tiered options on each and all of this add's a whole ton more administrative and accounting measures just to track and manage, thus adding more admin impact and there in, more cost.

Completely Separate entities with completely separate management accounts means more administrative work and other costs.

Most people don't do it because it's a pain if you manage it yourself and for limited upside.
