You could try your hand at one of the numerous online services that advertise this stuff but I've found it better to start the relationship early with an actual person as opposed to a faceless online service. 

@Dan Blaylock is there a particular reason that you would want partials as opposed to a full note?

I would not say I am pursuing additional ones; however, I am not opposed to properties which can work as both vacation rental and long-term rental.
