LOL.I'll just put it this way - virtually all of the people who I meet out in the real world actually operating and owning profitable businesses don't even have a Youtube channel, and most of them have never learned anything from anyone who does.PS Anyone who uses the word rockstar to describe themselves is not to be trusted.

More than likely the asset will in a location where cap ex & management/operational costs are disproportionately higher and therefore your expense ratio will also have to be adjusted to a higher number.

What I love about Baselane is that it was built BY real estate investors FOR real estate investors so it's really dialed in to what you're going to need in order to prepare your taxes, keep your books up to date and the more operational aspects of being an REI like tenant vetting and processing rent payments.
