Its an unfortunate situation, an act of nature.

That is the best track for agents who are veterans because you will understand more about buying when deployed and the transient nature of ownership if you are still in so this is smart.

I am not saying the content provided is not valuable or what I will call the "guru selling snake oil".

When economic activity is explosive, there is a natural increase in demand for the currency required to facilitate it. 

I'm in Ohio - it can seem boring sometimes but I look at it like a base, the weather can be bipolar in the winter and spring but no natural disasters happen here that don't let me sleep like a dog at night, I travel south a lot too during the winter months here.

I guess when something has become second nature, it's easy to forget how valuable it is!

Let me ask you this: is it fair to require a natural-born US citizen to submit to a credit/criminal background check, but then waive that requirement for someone in the country illegally?
