Hi Everybody I am new to real estate investing and after listening to the podcast I am definitely happy to be joining the forum and eager to learn and take action.

If you've been reading books and listening to podcasts, adding in-person real estate investor meetups is usually the special sauce to break the paralysis.

I have learned a lot about the process from listening to BP podcast and other sources, but I still don't know about Oregon's specific laws surrounding wholesaling.

Zillow doesn't tell the story I shared on the 19119 zip code but driving the neighborhood, walking properties,  observing the daily routines of those who live there and listening to residents articulate their wants and needs does.

I've heard of these all in house investment options and listened in on a few webinars.
