Do they have any licensing or reviews?

The city has issued licenses, they are just very limited, hard to get, and there are a lot of restrictions around how it can be used. 

It is wise for the PM to use a licensed plumber.

Wholesaling is tough with a license in any state because the spread you earn has to go through your brokerage, but having a license when doing off-market appointments adds to your toolbox (you can always list when they want market price).

I've been a licensed lender since 2008 and have flipped hundreds of homes.
