@Yuval MolchoIf you decide that your OH LLC will conduct business in TN, you will need to register the OH to do business within the state.Whether you should operate one or two LLC's should be a conversation you have with your attorney.If you do business in TN, you may be subject to an excise tax.

In case any one is interested, I just read some of the tax notice paperwork.State Code (§11-8-5) Classification of property for levy purposes is as follows:Class II; All property owned, used and occupied by the owner exclusively forresidential purposes.Class III; All property exclusive of Class II.In WV, they tax residential rental properties as commercial.

Here the banks are suppose to provide citizens with access to a bank account, as a condition of their charter.That said, with the amount of "fees" most banks levy these days and the staggering level of their minimum balances to avoid monthly account fees (often 5K+), quite a few people are deterred from using the banks.I tend to agree that the partial payment bit is overblown here on the site.
