All good reading and listening, education is best and if you want to learn you have to ingest as much information as possible.I read many books that helped me, but my go-to is listeining to at least 2hrs of podcast with real examples per day.One very important things that "want-to-be" fails is to understand that real estate has many different specialities, so you have to focus your time in your real project.

Focus on networking and learning from experienced investors—you're already ahead of 99% of people your age, so stay consistent and take action!

I am here to learn as much as I can as well as network with experienced investors.

An important thing to note is to learn how to calculate estimated closing costs.

Some guy charging way too much to "teach" you something you could easily learn on your own for free. 

I would like to connect and learn with more like minded individuals.

@Stephanie SelbyRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Understanding when to cut your losses and sell a poorly performing investment is one of the most difficult decisions a real estate investor must learn to make.
