Hey @Dutch Mendenhall,I responded to an older post earlier this afternoon, but found this one, noticed you had been more recently active in it, and wanted to reach out here as well in the hopes that we can get this resolved ASAP.My IC Membership refund was approved 2/13/24, and was advised 2/19/24 that it would be processed that coming Friday (2/23/24).

On weekends, late morning - late afternoon (11am-4pm) seems to get the best response rate for me.

So it’s just a little worrisome that I was being asking at 12 in the afternoon to turn it down, when it didn’t seem loud to us.
