I think Rob provides great value in his videos and was wondering if anyone has joined any of his courses before.

I recommend posting in the classified sections of BP or joining local FB groups to try and find local flippers in that market! 

The positive posts in this thread are from users with no other posts on here, who just joined today.

Although , double closing is more expensive , I feel it’s a little more legitimate than assigning.

Listen to the BiggerPockets podcast for expert advice, read books like "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and "Set for Life" by Scott Trench, and join local real estate investing groups or meetups.

they look like they have a legitimate website but I'm not seeing them on here or any google reviews which is a little fishy (unless google is just not showing me for some reason)

I would double check and make sure they are a legitimate license lender. 

Don't hesitate to seek advice from experienced professionals and consider joining real estate forums or groups to connect with others on a similar path.
