I'm going to be a bit irritating but I'll say it anyway. 

I'm posting here because I reached a bit of an irritating impasse, and was wondering if any of the far more experienced and intelligent members of the board could help me with my little dilemma!

When pre-paids go up people are usually irritated because it was a miscalculation. 

If you find them irritating then perhaps you should just refrain from commenting.

I haven’t been on FB for a while and I am so much less irritated.

Their leases end in March.The mold issue would have to be addressed-not sure how much that would cost- and not sure I want live with baseline irritated people.

I am sorry, we had your mothers primary address in the borrower information screen when this was submitted"So I'm super irritated and annoyed and wondering why he put my mil's as the primary address etc..Anyway, it was a really bad experience and I feel like the agent's fault for the denial as he knew we were overseas and he had the wrong address in the application which I have no idea why.  

I had a lightly less irritating experience for our conventional mortgage through Quicken for our second home purchase.

And sorry that if some of this came across strongly but a lender should know these answers and should have advised you on this already...so if they didn't, that kind of makes me irritated.
