My story regarding the Rich Dad companies had a slightly different ending than a lot of others. 

Sidenote: business analytics, MBA, so also this has been an opportunity to tell the story with data.

I have stories for a book or two.

I have heard horror stories about loans being called.

Here's the back story: My wife and I are about to move states, and when we do, we will be shopping for a house hack, but in the meantime, we want to get our feet wet with a small multifamily property in Cincinnati.

Moral of the story and my personal take away from doing it, budget well and don't spend your money on liabilities (primary home)  and buy assets (rental property).....
