We all have our own unique “set of skills” (said in Liam Neeson’s voice).

Not so obvious is another advantage of using a phone number such as provided by Google Voice.When we go where cell service is questionable or not available, we simply set up the Google Voice to forward to who ever we have arranged to be our Proxy.

I use a google voice number to forward the calls/texts to our cell phones.

My tenants have a Google Voice number that goes to my cell phone. 

In Nov 2017, my real estate agent told me she sold a home in Palo Alto, 2 bedroom 1 bath about 1200 sq ft with 5500 lot for $2.8M! 

I've been in the REIT space for a long time and there hasn't been much innovation on the data front in resi real estate.

Everyone likes the sound of their own voice (or text). 

Never given a chance to vote on this decision and never given an opportunity to voice my opinion. 

What do you think of the many ways to invest in RE, like innovative ways you don't have to be physically involved?
