Thanks,Mike Mike, I think this is fairly complex scenario, more details required, however, immediate response -Nothing wrong with buying something that is valued retail,  certain conditions still apply, if you were to do a  capital infusion as you stated it still needs, will the units sustain this improvement and equally your ARV will increase?
