In the meantime, we can do remote furnishing and virtual staging for people anywhere, and can do photography and cohosting for anyone in the Denver metro area!

I use an excel sheet I created that includes the date, REPS category, property, description of activity/activities, the people / tools of the activity and the hours spent on the activity.

Too many people are sleeping on this.Kentucky Economic Development has many site ready properties in smaller areas that are ripe for rentals. 

I’ve currently got a 3/3 and generally there’s 2 of us living here but when my daughter and family come visit, 5-6 people having even more than 3 bathrooms would be a plus.
