A holdco, as the name implies, is a corporation which is incorporated for the sole purpose of holding something like an asset.

Also I have heard there may be some tax benefits if their is a loss in one of the llc's under the holding company.Second, Is I would like to see if anyone has any feedback on LLc vs Incorporated. 

Get a logo on your car, post it on your social media- twitter, Facebook business page- that will also help with local searches, if your town has a BST page.

If you are below-market you are well within your rights and being fair by keeping your rent in pace with the competition.I like that approach, I havent had this problem before but i should've incorporated that when i signed their lease in April.

Items like forming an LLC, getting a logo and a website, business cards, finding people you can work with (contractors, lenders, real estate agents, real estate attorneys) to support your efforts etc.The bottom line is this stuff takes time - so be prepared to give your patience a workout!

I already have a job lined up that starts around $35,000 / year and plan on incorporating an LLC and reporting income from side hustles I run through it, hopefully another 10,000 plus but that not until next year after graduation.
